General Description:
The Army HR Solutions Recruiting and Retention (R&R) contract is one of four multiple award contract vehicles supporting the Army's Human Resources program area. It is available to all Army and other Department of Defense commands with human resources, and recruiting and retention interests. Available services will include: Program Support – analysis of effectiveness, marketing and outreach, assessment of programs to determine vacancies for recruitment; Tracking, Monitoring and Processing of personnel assigned to R&R and members in transition from active to reserve status; Help Desk to assist members with transfer status and reporting to assigned units, and counsel on benefits and resources for families; and Coordination of Services to unit commanders and family readiness groups. The objective of the contract vehicle is to make available qualified contractors to provide professional support, without long lead times or highly customized effort.
